Customers have the option to self-collect or opt for Feoso Oil delivery service for their finished goods. Our delivery specialist teams are equipped with the necessary skills to fix any of your unique logistic challenges. From handling finished goods or base oils to delivering in bulk (drums, IBCs, flexibags, road tankers or small pack sizes in cartons), our team can handle and arrange on your behalf to your final delivery destinations.
We provide container stuffing services, freight forwarding and customs declaration advice for deliveries to other countries.
Delivery and Export
Local Deliveries
Things you need to know:
- For Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor), deliveries are on 3 metric tonnes, 5 metric tonnes, 20 ft or 40 ft sized trucks.
- For deliveries to Other States, the available trucks are only 20 ft and 40 ft trucks.
- The drop points must have their own equipment to unload the cargo, as our trucks are not equipped with unloading equipment.
- Transportation booking is subjected to availability.
- Our delivery lead time is 14 working days from the date of the original purchase order receipt.
Exports outside Malaysia (Overseas Customers)
Things you need to know:
- We can also quote freight forwarding charges (CFR) to importing ports.
- However, we do not provide the services for clearing the container at said importing ports as we are unfamiliar with their local customs and procedures.
- Each 20 feet container can load a maximum of 80 steel drums of 200 L or 209 L. For lubricants packed in cartons, pails (18 L) or jerry cans (20 L to 25 L), please consult us for more information.
- We provide lubricant export services in mainly 20-foot containers to various destinations around the world.
